The Global Entrepolis @ Singapore 2006 has ended on a positive note on 2 November 2006 at Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. It is OPUS pleasure to participate at this high visibility regional event presented by EDB and organized by Zenith Events.

This year, OPUS participated at one of the Industry Focus Conferences where we have Mr. Julius Lim, OPUS' Director of Service Delivery, to deliver a talk at the IT outsourcing conference.  The conference was held on Wednesday, 1st November 2006 at Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Meeting Room 306, Level 3. There is a total of 141 delegates attended the outsourcing conference.

Julius did a presentation on IT Helpdesk – The outsourced way.  The highlights of the presentation are as follows:

1. What is IT Helpdesk
2. Current Trends
3. What customers and vendors should note when embarking on IT helpdesk outsourcing
4. Future of IT Helpdesk outsourcing

In addition, OPUS has participated in The Enterprise Exchange exhibition at 4th level, Suntec Singapore, booth number A8 where it is a platform for us to meet most of the visitors from the region.
