    • BCM Certified

      OPUS attained the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Certification for the ISO 22301: 2012 Standard in November 2013 and has since maintained this certification to date.

      The scope of the certification covers OPUS’ key business processes, which are in the areas of the Provision of IT Resources, Managed Services, Contact Centre Services and Training Services. Continued maintenance of the BCM Certification is evidence to OPUS’ resilience to business disruptions, minimising the negative impacts arising from these disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery of Critical Business Functions.

    • ISO Certified

      Attained ISO 9001 : 2008 certification for the following scope: The provision of IT resource management.

      With this certification, OPUS has demonstrated that our quality management system is established, documented, implemented and maintained with a focus on fulfilling customers’ requirements and with continual improvement to the overall effectiveness in accordance to the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001 : 2008.

      OPUS has been continuously re-certified yearly with no major issues.
