Flexi Plus Support Services is a credit-based, hassle free IT solution for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

It is a multi-usage service plan designed to give maximum flexibility to all businesses using on-demand activation for a range of IT services and a mandatory monthly preventive maintenance plan. It is based on a pre-defined scope of services and established services-level targeted at SMEs. Customers will just need to purchase one time, a credit based-equivalent of dollar for IT-technical support, where upon usage, the credits will be deducted accordingly. The monthly maintenance plan will charge a fixed credit every month based on the number of machines that the customer has, to ensure that the SME has an IT service that allows it to enjoy enterprise like services with a small cash outlay.
