Responsiblities:
- Handle day to day HR operations
- Conduct Appointment letter briefing to new hires
- Preparing various HR letters
- Update new joiners and leavers details to HRIS
- Generate various reports from HRIS
- Administer work pass application/termination for new recruiters and leavers
- Administer leave for existing employees
- Present reports in the weekly meeting with Senior Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ prior experience working in Singapore
- Well verse with Singapore Employment laws
- Possess good communication skills to communicate with various clients
- Good presentation skills
