HR Administrator

Responsiblities:

  • Handle day to day HR operations
  • Conduct Appointment letter briefing to new hires
  • Preparing various HR letters
  • Update new joiners and leavers details to HRIS
  • Generate various reports from HRIS
  • Administer work pass application/termination for new recruiters and leavers
  • Administer leave for existing employees
  • Present reports in the weekly meeting with Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ prior experience working in Singapore
  • Well verse with Singapore Employment laws
  • Possess good communication skills to communicate with various clients
  • Good presentation skills
