IT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Scope

  • Managing Active Directory groups and objects
  • Perform PC/Laptop troubleshooting, Operating System upgrade
  • Client & Peripherals Deployment
  • Communicate and liaise with various working parties and vendors to facilitate IT task completions
  • Manage efficient communication with internal customers and suppliers, foresee and resolve problems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Networking, IT Compliance, and Windows operating system
  • Prioritize and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints
  • Prepare and maintain the records of inventory 
  • Monitor and redirect user queries to relevant parties for further action
  • IT standby support team to provide 24×7 rotating duty

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in IT or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in supporting IT infrastructure in an end-user environment.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills on Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, TCPIP Configuration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels
  • Self-motivating and excellent customer handling skills.
