Job Scope
- Install/configure and maintain routers,switches, WiFi APs, firewalls
- Troubleshoot network related issues
- Work with vendors and ISPs
- Design, setup and configure complex switching environments, wireless networking
- Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware & software applications, telephones & security systems and perform restoration operation
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supporting/troubleshooting Network Infrastructure – LAN & WAN administration, firewall administration, load balancers administration, IP routing protocol (BGP, OSPF) administration, VLAN, AD/Server administration and performance management
- CCNA certificate, CCNP certificate and Cisco VOIP will be advantageous
