What would you be doing:
- Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing strategies to target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Able to conduct market analysis and give insights about hiring trends in the market.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
- Provide interview feedback to the candidates; rejecting them, keeping them warm, or arranging next steps (where applicable).
To be successful, you would possess the following:
- End to end recruitment experience including – cold calling, pre-screening candidates, first round interviews, offer, reference checking, on boarding, etc.
- Experience of interviewing via face to face and phone.
- Passion in the “people” business
- Outspoken personality and loves to talk to people
