Job Scope
- Responsible for hardware staging operation, assembling, setup and installation of hardware and Operating systems
- Integrating of hardware, software and server systems
- Identify requirements, developing solution and running delivery
- Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of multi-vendor systems/ components, including hardware, software, operating systems
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
- Maintain operational and configuration procedures
- Monitor network performance and tweaking
- Perform periodic performance reporting
Requirements
- Diploma holder in IT or Hardware Engineering required
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Strong hands-on technical skills on Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, TCPIP Configuration
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
